Patient Portal Instructions

Barnard Family Health Centers is pleased to offer our patients a patient portal where you can quickly and securely manage all of your health information. You can use our portal to:

  • Request a non-urgent appointment
  • View labs and office visits
  • Leave a non-urgent message for one of our providers
  • View statement information
  • Request a referral
  • Update your patient information such as home address, telephone number, etc.

Also, if one of our providers or employees needs to relay information to you or confirm your appointment, you will receive an email from “Barnard Family Health Centers/Eclinicalworks” stating you have a message in your patient portal inbox with instructions on how to retrieve the information. This email will be sent to the email address we have on file, so please make sure it is current.

Accessing the Patient Portal

Sign in to the patient portal here. The best browser for accessing the patient portal is Mozilla Firefox.

If you choose to use Internet Explorer, please follow the instructions below before logging in:

  1. Go to Internet Explorer
  2. Click on Tools, then
  3. Internet Options, then
  4. Privacy, then
  5. Advanced
  6. Check “Override automatic cookie handling”
  7. Accept “First party cookies and third party cookie”
  8. Check “Always allow session cookies”
  9. Click OK

To reset your password or to retrieve a forgotten username:

Click the link that says “Can’t access your account?” below the login. Select “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” and follow the directions.

You will then receive an email from “Barnard Family Health Centers-Eclinicalworks.” It could take up to an hour to receive it. Once you get the email, please follow the directions to retrieve your username or reset your password.

REMINDER: PROPER IDENTIFICATION AND CURRENT INSURANCE CARDS ARE REQUIRED AT EVERY APPOINTMENT
