Barnard Family Health Centers participates with most major insurance companies. We are providers for many HMO, PPO and indemnity insurance plans. If you have medical insurance, please provide that information to our staff when you check in for your appointment. We will be happy to file claims with your insurance company on your behalf. Please be advised that insurance companies cover different services, and some services you assume to be covered may not actually be covered. Please contact your individual insurance company regarding specific items and questions.
All fees are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made with our staff. Any deductible, co-pay, coinsurance and/or fee for a non-covered service is due at the time of service. Please contact our insurance department to discuss your account at any time. We accept cash, checks and the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
